Warranty & Returns
For orders made on our new website (Post 10/10/12)
To apply for a warranty on faulty goods purchased through our new CPLOnline.com.au (Orders placed on or after 10/10/12) please complete a RMA request. If you purchased these items with a registered account you can access the RMA module though the 'My Account' page and selecting RMA from the option list on the left hand side. Once you have selected RMA from the list you can then select "Request New RMA" from the top right corner of the screen and fill out the form provided. Please include as much detail as possible to help us process your claim as quick as possible.

For orders made on our previous website (Pre 10/10/12)
To claim warranty on items purchased on our previous website (Orders placed before 10/10/12), please fill out a warranty claim form available from the forms page or by clicking here. Once you have filled out the form please return the item back to us and we will process the warranty claim for you as soon as possible.
Change of mind, Non Faulty Goods.
If you are looking to return a non faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and one of our team will be in contact you shortly with details and options on how to proceed. Depending on the nature of the claim restocking fees may apply. Please note, physically damaged goods or special ordered goods may not be eligible for non-faulty returns.
