Do I need an account to purchase an item?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However we advise you take a minute to sign up to allow you to track your order and aid us in helping you if any issues should arrise.

An item I ordered is faulty, what do i do?
You can apply for a return or warranty through our RMA module, if you purchased this item as a guest you  can access this module from the "Request RMA as Guest" button. If you purchased this item through a registered account you can proceed with your warranty request through the RMA module located at the bottom of the left sidebar list on the My Account page.

I would like to return an item that is not faulty, how can I do this?
Returns of non faulty items are assesed on a case by case basis and may incur a restocking fee depending on the nature of the item. Please email cplnott@cpl.net.au with all the details and one of our team will respond shortly with details on how to proceed. Be sure to include the order number and item you would like to return in your email.

Can I check the status of my order?
Registered users can check the status of their order at anytime through the My Account page. If you ordered an item from us as a guest you can email cplnott@cpl.net.au with the order number and item and one of your team will assist you.

I cant find the item I'm looking for on your site, can you order it for me?
There is a good chance we can, email your request to cplnott@cpl.net.au and one of our sales team will look in to it for you.

I'm having trouble completing the checkout process, can somebody help me?
If you are experiancing any issues using our site please email cplnott@cpl.net.au with the details and we will assist you as best we can. Some issues can be resolved by clearing cache, trying an alternative browser or simply double checking your order for incorrect quantities.

There are no shipping options availible for my order. What should I do?
In this case you may have an order too heavy to ship in one package. Please note that pc systems must be ordered in seperate orders to additional products due to their size. If you are attempting to order multiple pc systems or pc systems with additional items please seperate them in to different orders to resolve this issue.

I dont have a paypal account but would still like to checkout using a credit or debit card, can I do this?
Unfortunatly at the moment we do not have this option availible as  we have no recourse for payments cancelled by the card holder after the item has shipped. Please register a paypal account and verify your card with them prior to checking out if you require use of a card.

I placed my order a while ago and recieved no notification or updates in a long time. What can I do?
