PC Technician (Part Time & Full Time)
Roles:
- Installation of hardware & software on PCs and servers
- General troubleshooting for PC & servers
- Different brands of laptops repairing
- Set up basic networking
Basic Requirements:
- Familiar with laptop repair of different brands
- Sound knowledge and experience of networking, server, VPN, router, switch set up etc.
- Similar industry experience preferred
- Relevant qualification required
Online and Counter Sales (Part Time & Full Time)
Roles:
- Process online orders
- General counter and online customer service
- Answer email inquiries and handle phone calls
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse departments to ensure the prompt dispatch of orders
- Documentation and filing
- Update sales related data
Basic Requirements:
- Excellent communication skill
- Sound knowledge of computer harware and software
- Accurate representation of product and technical knowledge to customers
- Ability to handle paperwork
- Time management skill
- Professional attitude in customer service and phone handling
- Similar industry sales experience preferred
Bookkepping (Part Time & Full Time)
Basic Requirements:
- General accounting bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Basic office / admin paperwork handling
- Accounting degree required
- Familiar with MYOB
- Professional communication skill and phone handling
- Similar working experience preferred
- Fluent English
Purchaser (Part Time & Full Time)
Roles:
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Checking information about aged and excess stock
- Update stock selling prices
- Provide full support to all other departments
- Introduce new products
- Source products from different suppliers
Basic Requirements:
- Solid general PC hardware/software knowledge and familiar with IT industry
- Efficient communication and fluent in English
- Experience in same/similar industry is highly regarded
- Excellent skill in google search, google advertising and e-marketing on all the media available in the market
- Excellent skill in Excel and numeracy
